Tabapssi Timothee Famndie

International Development Consultant

Expert in international development consultant with 15 years of experience in managing and evaluating agro-pastoral projects. He has provided technical support and advice to governments and United Nations agencies, including UNDP, UNFPA, UNWTO, IFAD, and FAO. His expertise encompasses the development of project documents, technical supervision, coordination of agricultural value chain projects, and promoting socio-economic inclusion for vulnerable groups. Timothy relies on solid research and evidence to promote sustainable agricultural practices and inclusive development globally.

Njamen Barro

Environmental and Climate Consultant

Specializes in environmental and climate consultant specializing in protected area management within the tourism and agriculture sectors. As an independent consultant, he focuses on Green and Blue Economy issues, working with ECCAS and serving as a climate change focal point for the tourism sector. He has extensive experience in developing business plans, organizing communities, and managing sustainable development programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. His skills include conducting studies, project analysis, and managing projects related to renewable energy, reforestation, and sustainable waste management.

Ali Antoinette

Senior Research Expert

Senior research expert with a strong background in international relations, economic development, policy formulation, and diplomacy. She excels in conducting in-depth research, providing strategic insights, and formulating evidence-based policy recommendations for sustainable development and international cooperation. Antoinette is skilled in managing complex projects, fostering stakeholder engagement, and navigating cross-cultural negotiations. She uses data analysis tools to assess economic trends and policy impacts, influencing policy at both national and international levels.

Jean Felix Issang

Director of Sustainable Development and Capacity Building

Expert in capacity building and Results-Based Management. He leads initiatives in environmental sustainability, developing national policies for biodiversity, climate change, and rural energy. With extensive experience in training both public and private sectors, he collaborates with diverse stakeholders to drive sustainable development and produce influential reports on poverty reduction and climate adaptability.

Bourges Djoni Djimbi

Senior Environmental Conservation Specialist

Bourges DJONI DJIMBI is a seasoned expert in agriculture, climate change, and project management with deep knowledge of the bioecological and ecosystemic dynamics of the Congo Basin forests. He specializes in creating and executing budgeted strategies and work plans for conservation projects, community microprojects, and sustainable development initiatives. His work focuses on reducing poverty and biodiversity pressure through eco-friendly practices such as ecotourism, biochar production, and sustainable agriculture. DJONI DJIMBI has extensive experience in managing human activities within high-stakes conservation landscapes, developing local management plans, and supporting community involvement in REDD+ projects. He is adept at planning, conservation, and the sustainable management of forest resources, making significant contributions to environmental and community resilience against climate change.

Mambou Joseph

Senior Agronomist and Rural Development Specialist

 

Mambou Joseph is an Agronomist Engineer specializing in rural agricultural R&D. He holds a diploma from the National Advanced School of Agronomy in Yaoundé and a postgraduate specialization from CIRAD in Montpellier. He has led projects in Cameroon as sector head at SODECOTON and technical advisor at the Ministry of Agriculture. Skilled in agricultural experimentation, statistical data management, and plant nutritional value selection, he collaborates with IRAD on crop trials and promotes nutrient-rich biofortified crops. He supports farmers through microfinance initiatives, enhancing crop productivity and food security with sustainable practices and innovative solutions. Mambou is dedicated to improving rural agriculture through advanced techniques and effective farming practices.
